They practice together, scrim and have internal competitions against each other. They band together for matches and tournaments.
Squad leaders will draft players to their squads independently, based on eligibility.
Drafts are ongoing. Ask a Squad leader if you want to be considered. There is no one big draft. Inactive Squad members will be moved to Reserve status.
Your availability determines your draftability. Squad status is not for the casual player.
